Commercial Building Renovation Orville, CA
This commercial renovation project was a much-needed facelift to the building. It was originally a Walmart which closed and has since turned it into 4 stores plus two new retail buildings. We rebuilt the outside as well as the complete inside of the gym and the new Smart and Final.

We have some of the largest development happening in the Northstate and this is one of the examples,” Dahlmeier explained.
What would fill the 100,000 square foot building on the 10 acre lot has been in the works for more than a year, but now it’s official. A Ross Dress for Less, Smart and Final, Harbor Freight and Fit Republic Gym will all be moving in.
The Ross, Smart and Final and Harbor Freight will be on the front side of the building where the Walmart entrance used to be and the gym will take up 30,000 square feet on the east side.
“Oroville is improving and growing in all the right ways,” said Terri Gravison. She’s lived in Oroville for almost 50 years and said it’s already been a wonderful town to grow up and shop in, but she’s also very excited to hear of this future.
“I think many people from Oroville think they need to go to neighboring cities to shop when we have a lot of opportunities right here and I think it’ll just encourage people to stay local,” Gravison explained.
